Thrive Wellness MD offers an integrative and functional medicine care model that blends modern medical science with holistic approaches to uncover root causes of imbalance rather than just treating symptoms.
2. Who is the founder and lead physician at Thrive Wellness MD?
The practice was founded by Dr. Yousef Mohammadi, MD, a board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine with advanced fellowship training in integrative and functional medicine.
3. What makes Dr. Mohammadi’s approach to care unique?
Dr. Mohammadi focuses on whole-person health, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being- using evidence-based and personalized protocols to optimize hormones, gut health, metabolic function, longevity, and more.
4. What kinds of conditions does Thrive Wellness MD treat?
Services are centered on cardiovascular health, autoimmune health, gut and digestive support, hormonal balance, inflammation reduction, energy optimization, and longevity planning.
5. How can I book an appointment or learn more before committing?
You can schedule a Complementary Meet & Greet (brief introductory consultation) or book full visits directly through their online booking system.
6. What types of appointments are offered?
We offer the following appointment options:
- Complimentary Meet & Greet (15 minutes)
A brief call to see if we’re a good fit and how we can serve you health goals.
- New Patient Visit (60 minutes) $350
A comprehensive evaluation to review your history and create a personalized plan.
- Follow-Up Visit (30 minutes) $150
Ongoing support to assess progress and adjust your plan.
- Extended Longevity Protocol Consultation (120 minutes)
A strategic deep-dive as part of the Thrive Longevity Protocol.

7. Do I need to be local to receive care?
Thrive Wellness MD provides virtual integrative + functional medicine services for Indiana residents- meaning patients can receive care remotely from anywhere.
8. Does Thrive Wellness MD accept insurance?
Thrive Wellness MD operates on a cash-based care model. While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
9. Is there any preparatory work before the first appointment?
Before care begins, patients should complete the intake forms and might be asked to share medical history or recent lab results- Thrive Wellness MD’s team will provide these during scheduling.
10. Can I message Dr. Mohammadi between visits?
Patients enrolled in programs like the 12-Week Longevity Personalized Protocol receive secure messaging access through the patient portal.
11. What should I expect from a longevity or integrative program?
These programs are tailored and typically include customized lab diagnostics, personalized treatment recommendations, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, and ongoing medical support.
